CLIMA CONGRESS: PAPER SUBMISSION + REGISTRATION & FEES
INVITATION
Under the heading ”BUILT ENVIRONMENT FACING CLIMATE CHANGE”, the proposed main topics for the 13th CLIMA Congress will put into discussion the capacity of the new or existing refurbished buildings together with their technical systems, especially HVAC&S&R, to counteract in an energy efficient manner the climate changes in order to keep inside an optimum comfort, simultaneously with the security of occupants:
- Advanced HVAC&R&S Technology and Indoor Environment Quality
- High Energy Performance and Sustainable Buildings
- Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for the Intelligent Building Management
- Sustainable Urbanization and Energy System Integration
Some expected figures of CLIMA 2019 congress:
-more than 100 CLIMA 2019 ambassadors and 50 partners promoting this event worldwide;
-more than 1000 attendees (researchers, engineers, architects, students asf);
-more than 750 papers (with a special care for the selection of those to be published in like Scopus or Web of Science indexed journals);
-more than 20 technical and scientific workshops.
As the REHVA World Congress CLIMA has never been held in Eastern Europe in the last 20 years, we greatly appreciate, as your hosts in May 2019, the opportunity to reciprocate the hospitality we have received from the REHVA society members throughout the years.

CLIMA is a scientifique and technical event organised on behalf of REHVA, by one of its members. This international congress & exibition is the biggest event held in Europe on topics like HVAC, energy efficiency, smart buildings and cities, net Zero Energy and passive buildings, renewables technology asf.
At first held every four years, CLIMA congress is now held every three years. This international congress is organized by one of the member associations of REHVA and is attended by professionals from all over the world. The CLIMA 2000 congresses were held in Milan (1975), Budapest (1980), Copenhagen (1985), Sarajevo (1989), London (1993), Brussels (1997), Naples (2001), Lausanne (2005), Helsinki (2007), Antalya (2010), Prague (2013) and Aalborg (2016), around 1000 HVAC professionals attending the event during the last editions.
